Ben Dainton

Ben is currently the Youth Pastor at Gateway Baptist Church in beautiful Brisbane, he has been involved in youth ministry for 8 years, and loves investing in youth because of the incredible potential that sits in the room.
Having experienced the incredible love that God has for all people, Ben is passionate about young people understanding that they are loved by God, as they are. He is also passionate about all people becoming the best versions of themselves knowing that this is God’s heart for all people too.
Ben is so excited to be speaking at Increase Conference, because he believes that we should all take the time to invest in the growth of our faith.
Ben is also married to the amazing Rachel, he loves AFL and follows the hawks. Since he lives in QLD he would love to talk about AFL as much as possible to get his fix before he goes back!
Kimberly Smith
GENERATIONS AND EMERGING LEADERS PASTOR • BAPTIST CHURCHES OF VICTORIA
Kimberly is currently the Generations and Emerging Leaders Pastor for the Baptist Churches of Victoria, Australia. Drawing on 15 years experience as a Generations pastor, her role is to support kids, families, youth and young adult pastors and leaders in their roles with mentoring, training and connection to the broad network of churches. She also seeks to help churches and their senior leadership think, act and grow generationally.
Kimberly is passionate about leadership and team development. She is a State Coordinator within the Arrow Leadership Emerging Leaders program – encouraging leaders in church and para church organisations to explore and develop their leadership potential. She presents the “Leading Teams” module.
Aaron Kelly

Ps. Aaron was born and raised in Melbourne Australia. Raised in a Christian home, Aaron grew up loving Jesus and His church.
On January 31st, 2009 He married Jacqui. Together they pastor Fresh Church, a fast growing and powerful church in the northern suburbs of Melbourne Australia. Aaron and Jacqui have two sons, Christopher who they began fostering in 2016, and Judah. Aaron is a fantastic communicator and spends significant time ministering in churches, events, conferences, youth & young adult gatherings and camps. He has ministered in various parts of Australia, USA, Poland, Ireland and Africa.
Aaron’s desire is to help people find their Fresh Start in life and be launched into their unique God-given calling. He loves building and adding to atmospheres where he can help people encounter the very real and tangible presence of the living God and find that life change they need. This ministry is empowering the lives of many around the world.

Emily and her husband Shayne, are the campus pastors of Kardinia Church Ballarat along with her 4 children. She teaches part time in a local school and has a passion to see young people reaching their full potential in all areas of their life! Emily’s authentic style of preaching presents honest biblical truths with practical application. She is passionate about living an authentic Christian life and shining the light of Christ brightly in this world!
